I am a wife, mom, sister, daughter, doctor (but not the real kind), suicide survivor, recovering perfectionistic, thrived with anxiety… but mostly I am Amy.

Writing for me is extremely therapeutic. I write about my mom dying by suicide and my passion for suicide awareness. I wrote about being a mom while also finding extreme value in my career. I write about mental health.

I write for me but hope others benefit and become aware of mental health and suicide prevention.
